I have nothing against Cheryl, but life is so unfair sometimes. Nicola and Nadine flopped big time, while Cheryl has gotten lots of success, which in my opinion, is overrated.

Yeah I thought Nicola and Nadine would've had moderate success, few top 20 hits and a a top 30 album, but yeah nah.

I feel sorry for my girl but still I'm so proud of her. I've got the best pop album of 2011, one of my top5 albums ever, I'm more than pleased. specially 'cause 2 years ago I would never imagine I would get a solo album from my favorite member of Girls Aloud.

I wish she had success, but she's talented enough to keep me proud.

I can't get enough of Memory of You. her solo version is soooooo much better than the group's.

I feel they're both on the same level (both wonderful), and to be honest, less Kimberley and more Nicola doesn't make it any better than it was previously. It's pretty much the same amazing song x2.

I think Nicola should re-record Girls Aloud's entire back catalogue.

Nicola must never be allowed to go anywhere near Nadine's parts in Girls Aloud songs! *Nadine-in-Girls Aloud stan to the very end*

I hope Nicola readjusts to singing properly again if/when Girls Aloud are back. The faux-indie awfulness present in some of her solo performances must not rear its ugly head in the group.

If she touches Nadine's parts, I won't be responsible as to why my Nicola Roberts collection suddenly gets deleted off the face of the earth.

(This would never happen, as I value my NR stuff quite a lot)
But still, those parts were made for Nadine, and only Nadine.

ha, I have to agree with that! well, I'd be pleased enough if she re-recored all of Sarah's vocals, that'd be a dream!

anyways, I actually think that her rough live vocals have been very present in the last Girls Aloud tours, if you listen carefully Nicola's vocals have been very different on stage with the girls from the albums, specially during the Out Of Control tour.

^^

I agree her live voice on Girls Aloud last 2 tours is very similar to how she recorded her solo album and I enjoy that when she's singing live, but on albums I prefer her voice the way she recorded on Girls Aloud's albums.

I think Nicola's singing on her solo material is amazing! I have no idea why Xeno always understated her vocals. I say forget how well it sells in the UK, take her to Germany! LOL

I can not believe how badly her solo career has gone.. I think she is awesomely amazing, and I rate all 3 of her singles above anything Girls Aloud + solo has ever done!

She looks good, I like the blonde hair on her. Though It's strange not seeing her with red hair
