Yes, the I get the exact same vibe I got from 'Here's To Never Growing Up'.
It leads me to believe the album could be a bit samey.

I prefer RnR. The base is quite the same, but I like more this new song.
Have in mind that HTNGU was not a big hit and just did ok, it reached platinum (#20) in USA and seems like (surprisingly) top 15 in UK.

I can't decide if this music video is going to be her best since Girlfriend, or end up being so catastrophically bad that it'll be great anyway.
Either way, I'm ready for it.

I really really like RnR and that's saying a lot because I really dislike Avril sometimes. That album cover is ON POINT as well. Good work Av.

Awesome idea for a lyric video. I'm trying to refrain from listening to the song too much though, as I don't want to be tired of it by the time her label finally decides to release it to iTunes/radio.

And the music video too. It looks like it could be something very different from her last videos at least. She's portraying Tank Girl, a comic heroine.

HAHA! Amazing.

Love the video. Love how silly it is. Love the "Oh! My new Sony phone is ringing!". Love the lobster. Love the driving dog. Love the forced lesbian kiss. Love the song.

Love everything about it. Funny and entertaining without the need of being pretentious.

The video was well fun! I loved the "Oooh, so this is all my fault?!" bit, made me laugh!

The song is nice, but she's got better.

Love it. Totally random. Love the intro so much.
And it's really nice she is playing homage to her first album.
I just feel that this era should have been a Greatest Hits era for her.
I mean, "Here's To Never Growing Up" has "Complicated" references in the video and the songs sound alike.
And now "Rock N Roll" has "Sk8er Boi" references in the intro.
I wonder if her next single will have "I'm With You" references too.

The song is not doing very well in the USA. Very normal having in min that it is avaliable since mid july and that the airplay is, literally, 0.
I don't know what Epic have in min, but they are nt doing a good job.

The studio version of 17 leaked (on my 18th birthday nonetheless. Oh, irony). The shoddy production leads me to believe it's the demo, but who knows.

Is it just me or im i the only want to wants to change her hair and wash the black eye makeup she's been doing since 2002. She's not 17 anymore and i think she looks kinda silly. I do really like the album cover even with the makeup i was talking about.

well, thats her persona, she is nothing without that. She has tried to change before, I remember her suddenly walking in labelled clothes, fashion, and partying with Paris Hilton, but she is different than what we see
